DAY FIFTY-FOUR

Joshua is starting to get all cuddly and out of the blue just hugs you or sits on someone's lap. Today he enjoyed a quick quiet moment with his auntie. I think he was telling her where her nose is as that's one of the words he knows.

DAY FIFTY-THREE

Today was Taro's last day at his old job. He has been there for about 7years, in fact, he joined them 3weeks after we met. It's always sad to leave, especially when he has so many friends there, but change is good too. He starts his new job on Monday and I hope he enjoys it.

DAY FIFTY-TWO

These are our recycling bins. The Borough we live in is quite green and always trying to incentivate more recycling. It's the first place I've lived in where I've been able to recycle food! Today I finally filled in a form (almost one year late) to get money back towards the purchase of cloth nappies. I really did not need an incentive to buy those cute fluffy nappies, but if they want to give me money, why not? :-)

DAY FIFTY-ONE

The weather has been quite nice lately, even if a bit windy, and the wild flowers are starting to bloom everywhere. Yay to Spring!

DAY FIFTY

Joshua looooves his food and rarely says no to it, and generally when he does we know he's ill. Tonight, after eating all of his dinner (homemade burgers, tomato wedges and cucumber slices), he proceeded to eat his yoghurt with the aid of his spoon and his fork! It was quite cute and he was taking turns using his cutlery. I didn't get a chance to use my camera today and had to take this photo with my phone, which was to hand.

DAY FORTY-NINE

Joshua has been saying the word 'ball' for a couple of weeks now and says it every time he sees a ball. It's very cute and we of course make him say it loads, haha.

DAY FORTY-EIGHT

We woke up to a beautiful sunny day with blue blue skies. Once we stepped outdoors though it was very cold, but the kids (big and small) still enjoyed playing in the park. I'm glad we got out of the house early as it rained for most of the afternoon.
