Welcome to my 365 project

Inspired by a group of people, I have decided to create my own 365 blog. In this blog, I shall attempt to post a photo a day which will hopefully give a little insight into what I've been up to. While I hope to be able to share this with all of you, this is also a photographic journal.

Each day is a new dawn, and here's hoping that in 2009, each day will be a new fine dawn.

DAY ONE HUNDRED AND TEN

My day was a bit of a blur. I'm still not fully recovered from my cold and had a headache this afternoon. Taro very kindly went to the shops as we had no food at home, and took Joshua with him.
When they got back home I decided to get some fresh air and played a bit with Joshua in the back garden whilst Taro cooked dinner for all of us.

DAY ONE HUNDRED AND NINE

Today I finally went to the Garden centre, along with my sister and bought some tomato seeds, compost and other planting tools. So hopefully, if I don't drown or starve the seeds and manage to keep it up, we'll have home grown tomatoes this year!

DAY ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHT

My poor husband arrived home from work with a headache and ready for bed but still managed to give me a gorgeous smile.

DAY ONE HUNDRED AND SEVEN

I've just had some Guarana, which is sold everywhere in Brazil, but only in a few shops in London. I bought a can for Taro when I had my girlie day out but we then shared it tonight, as well as some yummy Carte D'Or ice-cream.
I'd say it's been a good evening, hehe.

DAY ONE HUNDRED AND SIX

I managed to soak the kitchen floor today whilst manually emptying it, so I could unblock the drain. It's time to clean the washing machine again.
That would have been the highlight of my day if Taro hadn't arrived home with Breaking Dawn, the last book of the Twilight saga. That's my evening sorted :-) Taro will be watching football.

DAY ONE HUNDRED AND FIVE

I gave Joshua his second haircut ever today. Unfortunately I couldn't get a decent photo of him with his new haircut as he was too busy playing.
It looks butchered rather than cut as he kept moving his head and wasn't too happy about what Mummy was doing, but it does look better than it was.

DAY ONE HUNDRED AND FOUR

We had a bad night, which involved waking up in the middle of the night as the front neighbours were apparently fighting. Taro's mum woke us up as the fight had been so bad there were ambulances outside our house. As there didn't seem to be any police involved, I'm hoping she is well, especially for the sake of their daughter, who looks like she could be 5 or 6. Joshua then decided to wake up before 6am and was wide awake, so needless to say, Taro and I were sleepy all day.
