Welcome to my 365 project

Inspired by a group of people, I have decided to create my own 365 blog. In this blog, I shall attempt to post a photo a day which will hopefully give a little insight into what I've been up to. While I hope to be able to share this with all of you, this is also a photographic journal.

Each day is a new dawn, and here's hoping that in 2009, each day will be a new fine dawn.

DAY ONE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-FOUR

Taro and I took Joshua to the playground early this morning as we were all quite awake. It had been raining overnight, so there were lots of puddles everywhere, which Joshua loved!

DAY ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTY-SEVEN

Listening to:
Novos Baianos - Brasil Pandeiro

A grey, bleak and rainy day.
I offered Joshua some milk at bedtime but he didn't want any, so I just hugged him and put him to bed. It makes me sad to wonder if he misses me breastfeeding him.

DAY ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTEEN

We spent all day out touring London with Michael.
After getting completely soaked from the rain, the weather cleared and was nice for the rest of the day. Michael flew back to Brazil (Rio) at 9:45pm.

DAY EIGHTY-THREE

Today is Easter! For the first time Taro and I chose not to buy each other Easter Eggs. We got some early from his parents and can't stand the sight of chocolate.
It rained all day and we stayed in watching TV and playing with Joshua, who was a bit grumpy.

DAY EIGHTY-ONE

It's Good Friday today and Taro will be home for 4xdays! As it's a Bank Holiday, and this is England, it rained all day long!
We still had a lovely time and Taro took us out for lunch and a little bit of shopping. I now have a new Singstar game. Can't wait to try it out.

DAY SIXTY-FIVE

What a strange day. Sunshine and rain/ dark rain clouds and blue skies and a double rainbow :-)
I was taking a photo of the dark clouds in the midst of a blue sky when I spotted a rainbow. When lightening the photo a touch I noticed a second rainbow. Unfortunately I can also see that the lens is in urgent need of a clean...

DAY FORTY-THREE

Another miserable day in London with some rain and heavy winds, so we stayed home. My brother is still staying with us, so my sister and niece came over too and we had another karaoke session. I'm completely tone deaf and unless the lyrics are in front of me, I'll just make up my own - but absolutely love to sing!!!
